Deelen air show of 1988 celebrated the 75years anniversary of the Royal Netherlands Air Force (KLu). This also was my very first introduction as a 12 year old boy into military aircraft. The Grasshoppers were flying Alouette III's, Double Dutch performed with two NF5A's, Patrouille de Suisse still used Hunters. A mass formation was  performed by 4 F15's, 20 NF5's and 49 F16's.

Although a very rainy and wet day it left quite an impression, especially for a 12 year old (me) that day.
